National SHRM is a separate organization that allows local chapters to affiliate udner its umbrella. National SHRM dues are separate from the local dues and include access to research papers, job postings, professional assistance, and discounted SHRM conference fees and SHRM Store purchases. Local members of Greater Rome SHRM do not have to belong to the national SHRM to be members of the local chapter.
